Sidonis Signs with IPL
Sidonis, the emerging new leader in Service Assurance, has announced an agreement with leading UK IT consultancy and solutions company IPL, under which IPL will resell the Sidonis|StateWise® product to customers in the telecom, broadcast, government and utilities markets.
Sidonis|StateWise® offers the providers of all kinds of network-based services a dramatic improvement in the speed and accuracy of identifying the root cause and service impact of network faults. With the greater speed, accuracy, and sophistication that Sidonis|StateWise® offers, service providers can improve their performance against commercial service level agreements, boost the productivity of network operations and field dispatch/engineering teams, and reduce information systems costs for an increasingly business-critical function.
